These Terms and Conditions apply to all vehicle sales, purchases, trade-ins, and related services provided by Crown Auto Deals.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) contained in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
Throughout this document:
“We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Crown Auto Deals
“You”, “Customer” refers to the buyer or seller
“Vehicle” refers to the motor vehicle being sold
“Trade-in” refers to any vehicle offered as part exchange
Any vehicle sale, purchase, or trade-in agreement is not binding until confirmed and accepted by Crown Auto Deals in writing or by authorised signature.
Any deposit paid is confirmation of your intent to purchase.
If Crown Auto Deals cancels the contract, your deposit will be refunded in full.
If you cancel the contract without valid reason, the deposit may be retained to cover administrative and holding costs, subject to Australian Consumer Law.
Delivery dates are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
We are not liable for losses caused by delivery delays.
If a vehicle cannot be delivered within a reasonable time, you may request cancellation and receive a refund of any deposit paid.
Once notified that your vehicle is ready for delivery, full payment and collection must occur within 14 days.
Failure to do so may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
Customers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle prior to purchase.
Used vehicles are sold considering age, mileage, and reasonable wear and tear.
Any disclosed or visible defects at inspection time are not grounds for later claims, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that vehicles:
Are of acceptable quality
Match their description
Are fit for purpose (where applicable)
Any manufacturer or extended warranty is subject to its own terms.
Crown Auto Deals is not responsible for warranty claims handled by third parties.
Customers must comply with servicing and maintenance requirements.
If a vehicle price changes before delivery:
You will be notified in writing.
You may accept the revised price or cancel the contract for a full refund of the deposit.
Trade-ins must be owned outright by the customer and free from finance or encumbrances unless disclosed.
The vehicle must be delivered in the same condition as assessed (normal wear and tear accepted).
Any undisclosed issues may result in adjustment of the trade-in value.
If the contract is cancelled in accordance with these Terms:
Any deposit will be refunded where applicable
Any trade-in vehicle will be returned, or its agreed value paid if already sold
Crown Auto Deals does not provide insurance.
Customers are responsible for arranging insurance before vehicle collection.
Ownership of the vehicle does not pass to the customer until full payment has been received and cleared.
Where a vehicle is purchased through finance:
Approval is subject to the finance provider
Crown Auto Deals is not responsible for finance application outcomes
If a dispute arises:
Please contact Crown Auto Deals directly for resolution
If unresolved, the matter may be escalated under Australian Consumer Law through relevant consumer protection agencies
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.
